Decoration Terms and Conditions

Decoration terms must be read through and signed with your initial invoice payment.


All goods supplied are on a hire basis only and the title remains with Lulabee.
The minimum hire order is £150.00

Lulabee provides a set up/ styling service for an additional charge, in which all items will be personally delivered to the venue and collected the next day. However items can be collected and returned to Lulabee at a convenient time. This must be discussed and arranged with Lulabee.

All goods remain your responsibility until they have been collected or delivered back to Lulabee. Please note that regardless of who may damage or break a lulabee item (e.g your venue) it is still your responsibility to replace or cover any damage. Please consider this carefully when collecting and setting up Lulabee items yourself. It is not recommended for items to be left unattended at your wedding venue after the wedding.  All hire goods are to be returned in their original condition.


Orders over £150 (collection orders can be under £150) require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure the order, this will be deducted from your final invoice. Your deposit is non refundable.

Between booking and 1 month prior to your wedding date (Eg From 1st August for a 1st Sept wedding), items may be removed. After this period of time items cannot be removed from the invoice. There may be a possibility to change items to match the original value (subject to availability), but ultimately the invoice cost cannot be reduced from this stage. Items can be added on up until 2 weeks before, (subject to availability). 

The final balance is due 14 days latest prior to the event.
Payment methods are direct bank transfer (or cheque), please note a cheque payment would need to be cleared 2 weeks before your event. If the balance payment is not received Lulabee reserves the right to withdraw the acceptance of your order. No delivery will be made without receipt of the cleared balance.


|Changes to final Invoice|

At Lulabee we understand you may want to make changes to your final invoice. From the time of booking you are welcome to add any Lulabee items onto your invoice subject to availability. However items need to be confirmed two weeks before the wedding.

If you want to remove an item, please consider that this has been held back for you, and therefore may stop other clients from hiring the item(s). You can remove/replace any items up to 8 weeks before you wedding day. Within the 8-4 week before your wedding, you may be able to replace your items under the discretion of Laura at lulabee, but no items can be removed
(or they can be removed and your outstanding balance will remain the same). 


|Cancellation Charges|

If a cancellation occurs all deposits are non refundable.

Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the date of delivery  – No Charge will be made.
Cancellation made less than 4 weeks prior to the date of delivery – 50% of the remaining balance owing.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the delivery date will be charged 100% of the remaining balance owing.



Lulabee shall not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property arising from the use of any goods under hire from Lulabee. Lulabee has the right to change the terms and conditions at any times.


|Collection & Drop Off|

If agreed with Lulabee items can be arranged to be collected from our studio before the wedding and dropped off after. During busy times items will need to be collected the day before the wedding, and returned the day after the wedding. However depending on schedules we will be flexible where possible. Please note that any items that are being collected are solely your responsibility. Any damage at all will incur a deduction from your deposit, regardless of who may have damaged the item(s).


|Styling Service|

Lulabee is very happy to help set up your own items for you on the big day (so you can enjoy getting ready stress fee!). There is an additional fee for this, which will depend on the amount of help you may need. Lulabee is not responsible for any of these items, they remain your own. Items are ideally to be posted/dropped off at our studio or left at the venue for us to set up on the morning of the wedding. We are not responsible if items are missing on the morning of the wedding of have been broken. Of course we will do our absolute best to make sure everything is perfect for your special day, but it is ultimately your responsibility to supply the items for Lulabee to set up.  


|Missing/Mislaid Items|

Any items that cannot be found when collecting the day after the wedding are the responsibility of the hirer to return to Lulabee. This can often happen by accident if a family member takes them, or they are moved by the venue. If this item is needed for another wedding or not returned by a certain time then a fee will be charged and deducted off your deposit. 


|Breakage Deposit|

A Booking Fee/Breakage Deposit must also be provided with the final balance payment.
This is will need to be paid separately into a different account to the final payment.

Invoices under £400 will require to pay a £100 booking fee.
Invoices over £400 or any collection orders will require to pay a £200 booking fee.
This balance will be kept separate and returned to you within 14 days once items under hire are checked and returned safely and promptly with no breakages. Alternatively this payment can be paid with cash.
Due to the complexity or the booking fee, cheques are no longer accepted. Please understand during busy times this may be slightly delayed but we will do our best to get it to you ASAP!

|Social Media|

Lulabee may photograph and upload images to Instagram Stories after setting up. This will be of Lulabee hire props and the venue - it will not be of any guests/ your wedding day itself etc. If you would rather we didn't say your names please let us know. After the wedding images may be used on Social Media - again please drop us a line if you rather we didn't.

Breakage Deposit

This is to be sent and then paid alongside your final invoice, you will find the bank details on your invoice, or just drop me a line!
