Stationery Terms and Conditions
Decoration terms must be read through and signed with your initial invoice payment.
Lulabee reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect once posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website.
All orders placed with Lulabee will be subject and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Lulabee reserves the right to cancel an order at any stage.
|Quotes and Payment|
After discussing designs, themes, colours and what you want to achieve in your invitations, a non-refundable initial payment will be required before any design work can commence. up to 2 designs will then be created for you to choose from/ merge or take inspiration from. Once final proofs have been agreed, a mock up invitation will be sent to you, free of charge. Before further work can commence, 50% of the final cost will be due. The remainder will be paid when the invitations are ready to be sent via recorded delivery (fee's apply) or collected.
All costs are quoted in and are to be paid in pound sterling, by cheque or bank transfer.
From approval of your final proof, and a full payment, your wedding stationery will be ready for collection or delivery within 3-5 weeks. If you are working to a tighter time scale we are happy to accommodate, but some schedules may incur a rush fee. Please mention your time scale on your initial enquiry.
Lulabee cannot be held responsible for any delay to delivery as a result of late payment.
It is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check layout, wording, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved and signed off with type errors and subsequently printed Lulabee takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required they will be charged for in full. Therefore we would always encourage that you check spelling and wording thoroughly, and perhaps have a friend check it over too.
Please note that the colour that appears on your computer screen will differ from printed colour copies, so it is highly recommended that you print off any PDF proofs. This will help you ensure the size is correct, all fonts can be read at the correct size, and that you are happy with the colour. Colours can change slightly when in production, and all invitations may differ as they are hand created and assembled.
|Production / Receiving of Invitations|
Invitations created will never have a sealed envelope, this allows all clients to check the final products and ensure there are not any problems before being sent onto guests. Once the envelopes are sealed, the responsibility lies with the beholder. Lulabee will take no responsibility for any issues that may occur once the invitations have been sent to guests.
Lulabee will not hold responsibility for loss of invitations in the post, and is not responsible for the size of stamps required. Please be aware that almost all Lulabee Invitations will require a large letter stamp due to the thickness of the invitation. I would advise you check with your local postoffice to avoid your guests having to pay a fee to collect their post!
If you have any issues with your invitations, please do get in touch ASAP so I can resolve this. If I have not heard from you within 2 weeks after you have received the items it is too late to make any changes etc.
