TERMS ARE BOUND UPON ANY BOOKING

Lulabee reserves the right to update the T&C at any given time.

 

All goods supplied are on a hire basis only and the title remains with Lulabee.
The minimum hire order is £1500.00 which does not include delivery, set up and collection costs.

Lulabee’s styling service includes all items personally delivered to the venue and collected the next day or by the end of the day if preferred by the venue. The additional costs for this will be outlined in your quotation dependant on location and extent of work.

During this period all goods remain your responsibility until they have been collected or delivered back to Lulabee. Please note that regardless of who may damage or break a Lulabee item (e.g your venue) it is still your responsibility to replace or cover any damage. It is not recommended for items to be left unattended at your wedding venue after the wedding. 

All hire goods are to be returned in their original condition.

Covid-19

We are keeping up to date with the ongoing events surrounding Covid-19.

If the client fails to inform Lulabee of any changes of date or venue more than 1 month in advance of the original agreed upon date, and Lulabee is unable to provide services for the new date, the client will be required to pay the full outstanding amount due.

Please be assured we want to help during this unprecedented and challenging time and we will support you as best as we can. 

Rescheduling;

In the event your wedding is postponed due to the pandemic, a stress free moving of dates will be made with no additional costs. Please bear in mind there may be restrictions and limitations with your new date, but we will do everything we can to deliver the service you are expecting.

If you reschedule your wedding without consultation you forfeit the right to our services. As with all deposits this will be non refundable. However, Lulabee will endeavour to help on a case by case basis.

To confirm:

  • Your deposit will be held on account and offset against your new booking

  • We will reschedule your booking on any available date within 18 months of the original booking.

Kindly note: If your date is unknown please state this and we will retain your deposit on account. Once you agree a new date please update us on email so we can confirm and allocate your deposit(s).

Cancellations;

We will always advice to postpone not cancel. Initial payments are non refundable. However if you wish to cancel your booking please refer to the cancellations policy below.

Payments

Orders require a minimum £500 deposit at the time of booking to secure the order, this will be deducted from your final invoice. Your booking payment is non refundable. The payment is applied towards the total balance upon completion and submission of this contract. The payment reserves the date and covers the substantial cost of materials purchased for the event styling services.

Your final invoice will always be sent and final payment due no more than 1 month prior to the styling services being undertaken.

If the required event date is within 1 month of the service agreement, payment is required in full at the time of order. Given the deposit conditions imposed upon us by our suppliers, this payment would be non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment in full isn’t received within 14 days of the event. 
 
Payment methods are direct bank transfer only. If the balance payment is not received Lulabee reserves the right to withdraw the acceptance of your order. 
No delivery will be made without receipt of the cleared balance.

 

Cancellation Charges

If a cancellation occurs all payments made are non refundable.

Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the date of delivery  
- No Charge will be made.
Cancellation made less than 4 weeks prior to the date of delivery
- 50% of the remaining balance owing.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the delivery date
- 100% of the remaining balance owing.

Changes to Final Invoice

At Lulabee we understand you may want to make changes to your final invoice.
From the time of booking you are welcome to add onto your invoice subject to availability. However set up’s need to be confirmed 1 month before the wedding with your final invoice.
If at any point upon booking you want to remove anything, please consider that this has been held back for you, and therefore may stop other clients from hiring.

Within the 8-4 weeks before your wedding, you may be able to replace anything under our discretion, but no items can be removed after this time (or they can be removed and your outstanding balance will remain the same). 

 

Liabilities

Lulabee shall not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property arising from the use of any goods under hire from Lulabee. Lulabee has the right to change the terms and conditions at any times.

Lulabee has Public Liability Insurance should your venue need it, please just get in touch and we can email this to you or your venue.

 

Additional Styling

We are very happy to help set up your own items for you on the big day (so you can enjoy getting ready stress fee!). There is an additional fee for this, which will depend on the amount of help you may need with a charge of £150.00 an hour. Lulabee is not responsible for any of these items, they remain your own. Items are ideally to be posted/dropped off at our studio or left at the venue for us to set up on the morning of the wedding. We are not responsible if items are missing on the morning of the wedding of have been broken. Of course we will do our absolute best to make sure everything is perfect for your special day, but it is ultimately your responsibility to supply the items for us to set up.  

 

Missing/Mislaid Items

Any items that cannot be found when collecting the day after the wedding are the responsibility of the hirer to return to Lulabee. This can often happen by accident if a family member takes them, or they are moved by the venue. If this item is needed for another wedding or not returned by a certain time then a fee will be charged and deducted off your breakage payment. 

Safety

If it deems the event to be unsafe, Lulabee reserves the right to halt all services. If the Client or the Client’s guests cause the event to become unsafe, then the Client will pay any fees associated with changing the date of the services. 

Limit of Liability

If Lulabee is unable to complete services due to extreme instances (i.e. accident, death, extreme weather conditions or unsafe conditions at the venue), then Lulabee is not responsible for non-completion of services and Lulabee and the Client can come to a reasonable agreement for a partial refund.

Social Media

Lulabee may photograph and upload images to Social Media. If you would rather we didn't say your names please let us know prior to the wedding.

Breakage Payment

A Breakage payment must also be provided with the final balance payment.
This is will need to be paid separately into a different account to the final payment.

All bookings will require to pay a minimum £400 booking fee.
This will depend on the items hired and will be on your final invoice. This is to be sent and then paid alongside your final invoice, you will find the bank details on your invoice.

This balance will be kept separate and returned to you after the wedding (please bear with during busy periods) and once items under hire are checked and returned safely and promptly with no breakages. Alternatively this payment can be paid with cash. Due to the complexity or the booking fee, cheques are not accepted.
